Fit parabola with least squares method

I want to build a parabola that approximates in the least square sense the points having coordinates

x=[-2 -1.3 -1 -0.7 -0.4 -0.1]
y=[0.3 0.5 1.5 1.3 0.8 0.1]

How do I do this?
