plotting the model after setting initial condition (pde toolbox)

hello,

in my 3d model i apllied a pretty complex boundary condition, and i want to see if i got it right. is it possible to plot the model with colormap data right after setting the initial conditions, before i start solving?

Sure, use pdeplot3D and plot each item you want to see separately.

in order to plot the colormap data i need a u vector, which i still dont have yet. i want to plot the model after applying bc but before solving it.
