Data cursor for surface plots in m-file

Hi,

I am trying to put a data cursor for my surface plot zith using data cursor option in the figure. I will be doing succesive calculations qnd graph them so I do not wan to spend time to put the data cursor everytime. I want the data cursor always in the same position max(x) and max(y), as in mesh(y,x,Temperature)
