Problem with image segmentation

I have this code for segmentation, I have problem with this points (line):

I don´t know, why is this line on this place, because there isn´t some white place in binary image.

I don´t know, where is mistake. I attach my code and original image. Thank you for your answers.

Maybe there are single pixels, which you could detect by first using imdilate with a relatively large structuring element. If that is the case, you can use bwareaopen to remove them.
