Hello everybody, I'm trying to predict values using the parameters acquired from a Gaussian Mixture Regression model. I used the toolbox available in the file exchange ( https://nl.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/19630-gaussian-mixture-model--gmm--gaussian-mixture-regression--gmr-).
My input data is a matrix A with size 2*1500. A(1,:) represents the independent variable and A(2,:) the dependent variable. The algorithm starts to calculate the means and the covariance using a EM algorithm.
Then, after performing the Guassian mixture regression, I obtain as a output an array M (referring ot the expected means) and C, representing the covariance matrices.
My question is how can I apply the parameteres of the regression, to predict values form another dataset.
Thanks in advance, Joaquim
