Plotyn xlim impose problem

Hi Guys
Does anyone know how to control xlim on plotyn ? My x axis is time in years. I wanted to impose 1950-2020 as a limits . But it is not working. All lines is moving to left. I don't know why.
If you just run code you should get result.
