3-Dimensional Visual Display

My code computes lower and upper x, y, and z-values for a grid. It also computes the spacing between the grid lines using deltas. I would like to show a visual display of 10 specified points on a grid with the lower and upper x, y, and z-values and deltas already computed. Any advice?
