web上でアクティベーションの変更は可能でしょうか？

以前あるPCにMATLABをインストールして使用していましたが、使用PCの変更に伴いMATLABをアンインストールしました。 その際、アクティベーションの解除を行わずにMATLABをアンインストールした恐れがあります。 この場合、web上でアクティベーションの解除を行うことは可能でしょうか。
