command window with command execution automatically

I want to run in command window "promgen -p bin -r test.mcs -o mytest.bin" with exiting folder using matlab.
At that time my command window will be like :
C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\Matlab_gui>promgen -p bin -r test.mcs -o mytest.bin
In general case if i enter dos cmd then it will give me "C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\Matlab_gui>" but further part which is command promgen should be automatically executed
