Remove/Assign products

I am trying to remove products from one license, but when I log into my mathworks account, enter the license center, enter to the specific license, and click the "Remove / Assign Products". I am obtaining the following warning: "Validation must be current to remove products from this license. Run MATLAB on the activated computer to update the validation status." I ran MATLAB on the activated computer, but still the remove arrow is not available. How can I remove products?

maybe your computer cannot connect to MathWorks license server due to firewall. See the answers here:
