How do I get the format i want?

Hey, I have a matrix file. I have taken the sum of each row, and then I have taken the average of all the rows. When I run the code the answer comes out like this : 1.1495e+03, and what i actually want is this: 1149.5. Is there an easy way to apply this to my entire code? Thanks in advance.
