Calling a MATLAB function from .net / c#

I have created a plot (diagram) in matlab. I used "deploytool" in matlab to create an exe-file (standalone). So I can execute this exe file without matlab (standalone). Now I want to call this exe-file (matlab) in .net (c#). I don't know how it works. Which file I need? Please help me. Thank your in advance.
