How to analyse output of a wave using spectrum analyzer?

I'm working on cosine modulated filter bank using Simulink. I want to analyze the output using a spectrum analyzer, but it doesn't work well. I don't know how to setting up the spectrum analyzer like how to set the sample time or how to change the viewed frequency range
