Looking for Some Coding from the Financial Toolbox - toweekly function

I have a licensed version of Matlab, but there appears to be a function (toweekly) which is in the Financial toolbox that I do not have access to. I could really use this function for converting a series of daily climate data to weekly. Is it possible to get a hold of the toweekly.m function without having to get a full license for the Financial tookit?

No, it is only available as part of Financial Toolbox.
