Compiling an OCR application for foreign language use

I have compiled an application that uses the built in MATLAB ocr function. The application works fine, running all the way through, when I perform OCR in English. However, if I change to, say, Russian, MATLAB Runtime throws an error telling me to download the language data.

The point is that I have all the tesseract data, I'm just unsure of where to put it so Runtime can find it.

I compiled the application using Matlab 2015b and am using Runtime 9.0
