Using IF block in Simulink

I'm developing one simulink model for an algorithm which uses the IF condition. Its in some form as follows:

if(u1>u2 && u3<4)
{some action}
elseif(u1<u2 || u1+u2>u3)
{some action}
end

How can I deal with this kind of situation in Simulink?

There are many solutions depending on your exact problem, what kind of actions? you can use switch blocks or the If block
