Legacy code & simulink auto code integration procedure?

Hello,

I am generating an auto code through embedded coder & now want to integrate it( & further compile it )with handwritten code (which contains multiple drivers.c ,drivers.h etc. files) Can anyone please let me know the detail procedure for this? Thanks in Advance !!

You need to include the header of manual coded into auto coding process and auto code generated header files into manual code,for compiling
