Turn-table based 3D object reconstruction

I have 500 images that were taken of a mouse in a vile spinning for one entire revolution about a vertical axis. I also have the center of rotation offset calculated, in pixels.
With these 500 images, a 3D reconstruction of the mouse can be made.
The camera is stationary, and the vile is attached to a motor that rotates about its y-axis. The vile is perfectly vertical with no angle offset. An image is taken every .72 degrees, coming out to be 500 images after a 360 degree revolution. I need an algorithm that will take in the images, and utilize the center of rotation offset to reconstruct the mouse.

If the mouse is static (did not move between the images) standard structure-from-motion techniques can be used, like OpenMVG+OpenMVS (open-source) or 3Dnovator (proprietary).
