Time out occured while trying to get a frame from the webcam.

Hi, I have a webcam (creative HD 1080p). I could use it last week. But I don't know what happened. Now that I want to capture images, I get the time out error. Can anyone help? This is really frustrating because it worked last week.
I am using Matlab 2015b on Windows 8.1.
