Delay systems with disturbance

Hi everyone, I need to simulate a delay system with a continuous disturbance f(t) as follows: dot(x)(t)=x(t-h)+u(t)+f(t), where x(t) is the state and u(t) is the input. I ask about a Matlab command which resolves this issue. Thank you
