Battery SOC is not logical.

Here is the scenario,a battery is connected to a load with a breaker in between. The breaker is open initially, after 5 secs. breaker is getting closed and again open. So the battery soc should decrease from 5sec to 10 sec. But its not happening in my case. The battery is continuously getting discharged even after closing the breaker. Hope somebody can help. Thanks
