error in colorbar while using function fill

I got the following errors in creating the colorbar:

Error using graphics.panbehavior/set
The name 'Enable' is not an accessible property for an instance of
class 'panbehavior'.

Error in scribe.colorbar (line 35)
set(b,'Enable',false);

Error in colorbar>make_colorbar (line 225)
ch=scribe.colorbar(peeraxes,location,position,pvpairs{:});

Error in colorbar (line 189)
        [c,msg] =
        make_colorbar(peeraxes,location,position,pvpairs);

Any help will be welcome.

This sort of looks like you might have a mix of MATLAB, R2014a or earlier together with R2014b or later.
