ploting speed time curve

how i will get the speed time curve as the reference signal of a controller? data i know that is: distance should travel(d) within the time(t); ex:plot the reference signal for travelling 100km within 10min. maximum speed of the motor 200km/hr. its to be noted accelaration,reterdation,constant speed range should be there. curve should be such that there is no spike or sudden rapid change as the passener would face uncomfortable
