Basic fitting outside default fits

I am trying to find the best fit line for velocity profile. In the basic fitting box, I couldn't find a suitable trendline for the curve. Is there any way to solve the best fit line which follows a 1/7th power law roughly rather than manually plotting lines to test?

The best way to do would be to use the curve fitting toolbox as explained here

Otherwise, there is this File Exchange submission that you can use.
