How to apply SG-filter to continious accelerometer data?

I have accelerometer connected to matlab through serially.. it keeps on sending gravity values serially.. i want to pre-process and smooth the accelerometer value. i found SG-filter(Savitzky-Golay)(<http://www.hindawi.com/journals/misy/2016/9849720/>) is able to do this.. but i don't know how to do implement that in MATLAB? if this(SG-filter) wont suits me is there any other filter to my operation?
