Hi, Signal analysis from an accelerometer

Hi,

I have got data from an accelerometer in an excel sheet (.csv), I imported it in matlab and I would like to go in frequency with fourrier analysis. Like that I could choose which filter I will use to have clean data. I have 7000 points (N = 7000;, I guess), the frequency is 200 Hz (so Fe : 200; and Te = 1/Fe;) after that I don't know how to process.

If someone could help me, it would be great!
