WHYcan't I use the built-in-webcam for R2015b? I tried the Support Package Installer and selected "OS Generic Video Interface". But it says that "A required support package (OS Generic Video Interface) is missing."

Can you try and install the "USB Webcams" support package instead?

I did try. But the process never ended. I had to forcefully stop the process of installing.
