To plot targets on a polar plane in MATLAB, where each target is represented at its respective azimuthal angle and only those above a certain threshold are plotted, you can use the polarplot function. Here's an example of how to achieve this:
% Example data
angles = linspace(0, 2*pi, 100); % Azimuthal angles
targets = rand(1, 100); % Random target values
threshold = 0.5; % Threshold value
% Filter targets above the threshold
above_threshold = targets > threshold;
% Plot
polarplot(angles(above_threshold), targets(above_threshold), 'o');
