export_figure_font size

Hi! I have generated a figure with specific setting for its font-size (x-label,y-label, color bar and some texts in the figure which don't have the same font size). I do the save as from the figure window and not the command line. In the generated .eps font sizes are smaller. How can I keep the .eps figure the same as I see in the .fig?
