Dear friends, how can we connect a DC motor from SimPowerSystems blockset with a centrifugal pump from SimHydraulics blockset? Or, is there an option to get pump characteristics run by an electric motor?

If possible, I'd stick to using the DC Motor block in SimElectronics instead... or any block from the Rotational Actuators library. SimElectronics and SimHydraulics can connect directly to each other via mechanical ports.
SimPowerSystems (or the Specialized Technology library in R2013b+) is a Simulink based library so it doesn't connect directly to Simscape based blocks. However, if you absolutely need to, you can connect them using interface blocks.
