Plot points on top of patch polar plot

I am trying to plot colour coded points on top of a polar plot (created by patch), but the point is always send to back. I have tried: uistack, set(gca, 'children' etc. but nothing seemed to work.

You can use "uistack" command to plot color coded points on top of polar plot.
uistack(h,'top');
Where "h" is handle to point.
