Counting column number until a specific value in a different matrix.

B=[ 1 2 3 4 5 6   7   8 9  10 10 11 11  12 ........... x   1 2 3 4   5   6 7   .... x1  1  2  3 4 5 ....]

 1) until 100 in A matrix, Counting the number of columns in B matrix.   
 2) Each column numbers until 100 is different.   x ~= x1
