how to use Floater  Planar Parameterization to transfor 3D mesh model file(like STL) to 2D matrix

I want to embed the watermark into the 3D model. But, I dont how to use matlab to figure it out. For me, other planar parameterizations are OK. What I want to know is the matlab code.Thanks.~~
