SIFT feature extraction, Knowledge base classifier

dear sir,

I am working on classification of fruits and vegetables in to both affected and normal.I have taken 10 vareities of bulk samples of each type like apple,orange,grapes,pomogranate,carrot,cucumber etc.I am trying to extract features other than conventional features like texture or color and working on SIFT features.Even for classication i am trying to work on Knowledge base classier other than ANN.Plz can i get the matlab code for SIFT features and Knowledge base classifier.
