Can I call a Matlab code to Ansys or Abacus?

I want to make stress analysis to parts that are created using Matlab. Therefore I want to call the Matlab code to a program that I can make stress analysis; like Ansys or Abacus or etc. Is this possible?

Yes, if you search the forum for abacus you will see how other people have done this.
