How can I slow down a Simulink (R2015a) model so I can watch the dynamic behavior on a plot?

My simulating model appears to run so fast that I cannot watch the dynamic behavior on a plot. It is as if the plot window is only updated at the end of the simulation run. My particular problem is with the "Constellation Diagram" in the Communications Systems Toolbox.

You can use the Real-Time Pacer block from the following File Exchange entry to slow your model down to CPU clock "soft" real-time.
