image steganography in the dct domain

please guys, i have a problem in my code .. the output extracted image isn't the same as the embedded it is binary image and noisy, i couldn't know where is the problem can any one help me in it plz? this attach code for hiding an image in another image ,(image steganography), in the dct domain the problem is in the extraction part
