State space representation using function block in simulink

Dear friends,

I'm trying to simulate a state space model using function block in simulink. attached is all the program and the state space mode.I'm getting and error that the matrix at the output of the integral size is [6x6] however it should be [6x1]. could you please help me.

Any particular reason you are using a MATLAB Function block instead of a State-Space block ? If you have no requirements, this might be an easier approach.
