Is there a way to change optimization settings for HDLcoder using script for matlab function conversion?

Hi, I am looking for a method to modify optimization settings for HDL Coder using a MATLAB script, for MATLAB function conversion, not Simulink. Is it possible? And is there a way to generate a MATLAB script after configuring HDL settings in the HDL Workflow Advisor?
