how to connect PMSG wind turbine through step up transformer to 30 km transmission line?

i am trying to connect pmsg wind turbine to 30 km transmission line through 600v/25kv transformer, directly it can not connected,it need filter. when connecting it through RLC , RLC acts as a load

You can look at SimPowerSystems examples like this one:

It uses a synchronous generator, but you could always swap that out with a PMSM and change your numbers as needed.
