MATLAB始终显示“正在初始化”

本人使用高等教育学校购买的MATLAB许可，在个人台式电脑上安装了MATLAB2025b版本，但每次启动均会在“正在初始化”状态持续约20分钟，参考本社区2023年相关回答中的操作并未解决问题，部分操作因软件类型（如无本地许可证路径）及操作系统不同而无法执行。根据多次启动的情况，疑似每次启动时均不会保持上次退出前的窗口，尽管本人已经在设置中选择了这一选项。

Hi,

To speed up MATLAB startup and performance:

1. Free up RAM and run MATLAB as the sole application; increase system RAM if possible.
2. Launch MATLAB with "-nodesktop" and add desktop in startup.m for faster loading.
3. Use matlab "-timing" to diagnose slow tasks; check for antivirus or license delays
4. Reset preferences, review startup.m for heavy code, enable toolbox path cache, and disable unused source control.
