Matlab crashes when starting Simulink Model

I am using a simulink testbed to to test dlls that I have compiled using Matlab Coder. The testbed has worked for a different dll, but when I made a new one, Matlab crashed as soon as I click "Run Simulation" in Simulink. The testbed itself is very simple, timeseries input, the embedded dll and a time series output, plus a few scopes.

I cannot send a proper error report because our Network won't allow it.
