Estimating Phase difference using Multichannel Maximum Entropy Method (MMEM)

I am tryring to estimate the phase difference using Multichannel Maximum Entropy Method (MMEM) from the figure 1b of the paper in pdf attached. The data plotted in figure 1b is in the text file ("Blue_Red_Yellow.txt") and the code I used is also attached. My phase result is coming out wierd. Please could someone fix this. I need to reproduce figure 1d of the paper. I took an example from this link.

Other methods that could generate figure 1d is welcome.
