emlist_len=length(k2)+1;
for email_coun=emlist_len: length(k1)
unmodified_emai(email_coun,1)=k1(email_coun);
end
k2=vertcat(k2,unmodified_emai);
also i applied the and i got this result

You should be considering just using
k2 = vertcat(k2, k1(size(k2,1)+1:end));
