I am trying to open the "Link test case reqs Example" with the command openExample('slrequirements/LinkTestCaseReqsExample'), but the only examples I have installed are "ImportAndEditRequiermentsWordExample" & "VerifyAShortestPathAlgorithmExample". There should be way more than 2 according to the doccumentation.

Are you looking at this example? If so, do you have all three of the products that it requires (Requirements Toolbox, Simulink, and Simulink Test)? If not, can you link to the specific example on the Help Center that you want to open?
Looking at the documentation for release R2022b I see fewer examples than I see when I look at the default online documentation, which is for the most recent release (currently release R2024b.)

Yes that is the example I trying to open. I realized I was looking in the wrong folder and my examples.xml does have many more entries, but it is still missing the target example.

Hi Adam, it looks like you have the R2022b version of MATLAB installed and you're trying to open the Link Test Cases to Requirements example. Prior to R2023a, that example did not have a script associated with it, so the openExample command that you're using causes an error to occur. This version of the example from R2022b shows how to use the slreqCCProjectStart function to open the example project and follow the steps in the example.
To view the archived documentation that corresponds to your release, use the Archived MathWorks Documentation page. Here is a link to the documentation for Requirements Toolbox in R2022b: Requirements Toolbox Documentation for R2022b.
You also mentioned that you only have 2 examples in the Examples folder for Requirements Toolbox. This is because in R2022b, the examples are not installed by default. Instead, using the openExample command downloads the specified example and places it in the Examples folder. For more information, see openExample.

I'm not 100% certain, but it looks like this page from the release R2022b documentation (the third entry under Topics in the Requirements-Based Testing category of the Requirements Toolbox documentation) was converted into that example in some release between R2023a and R2024b.
