How can I plot the values of a field on (x,y) points for a fixed z

Hello to everybody, I have a table (1000 rows X 4 columns) in excel of the values of electric field for (x,y,z) spatial points. How can plot the values of electric field for (x,y) points for a fixed values of the spatial variable z ? Thank you in advance Bye

Hi Massimo,

the function contour3 should do the trick.

Take a look at the case "contour3(Z,v)" which describes the case of a one contour level, i.e., a fixed value of Z.
