one way could be to specify manually the values:
for i = [1 2 3 5 7 8 10]
...
end

value = 1:10;
skip = [4 6 9];
value(skip) = [];
for i = value
...
end

for ii=1:10
if ismember(ii, 1:2:5)
continue;
end
fprintf('%d\n', ii);
end
