MATLAB2024aが起動できなくなった

急に有効なライセンスファイルがありませんと表示され、起動できなくなってしまった。
再インストールなどをしてもうまくいかないが、2023aは開くことができる。
どうすれば治るのでしょうか。MathWorksProductAuthorizerの実行は試しましたが起動しませんでした。
