i have audio signal which is pre-processed to remove silenced region of that. noe edited or modified file i want to use for further programming. how to save it?

See the wavwrite or audiowrite functions.

THANK YOU SIR..i tried writing "wavwrite(yEdited,'ddd');". yEdited is my modified file which is saved to ddd. where this file is stored? is it bin folder? want to view the file...pls help

My pleasure!
The file is stored in the directory you choose. If you do not choose a path, the default path is (in Windows machines) C:\USERNAME\Documents\MATLAB.
