Hello,
I am currently working on Matlab Online and I need to use the app Image Processing Tools.
It seems to be installed (See Image1). However, every time I try to use "Image Segmenter" or anything in Image Processing Tools, I receive this error message: imageSegmenter requires Image Processing Toolbox.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but it won't even unistall. I can only work on Matlab Online for some reasons.
Thank you in advance for the help.

Hmm, could it be a licensing issue?
If you go to https://www.mathworks.com/mwaccount/ and click on your license number, is the Image Processing Toolbox included?
Another test would be to type ver in the command window and see what comes up. Image Processing Toolbox should be included in the output.

Hi,
I've checked the license yesterday and everything was on, but I was still unable to use it.
However, today I tried it and the app was working fine ... I haven't changed or done anything, so I don't know what could be the problem.
Anyway, thank you very much for trying to help me.

I suspect you may have connected to a bad worker. Creating a new session will connect you to a new worker, and should fix the issue. If not, then there may be a temporary outage impacting the experience. Those tend to be resolved relatively quickly.
If you continue to have issues, please contact support: https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html
